We cherish seasonal ingredients and the flavors of each season.

The theme of "Tsuruya Vino" cuisine is to put careful attention into preparation while allowing the natural essence and individuality of the ingredients to shine through in a simple and direct way.

In spring, we offer French white asparagus and lamb,

while from autumn to winter, we feature dishes with mushrooms and various game meats, such as Ezo deer, wild boar, teal, wood pigeon, and quail.

We cherish seasonal ingredients and the flavors of each season.
